Location : The Exchange 106, TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type : Permanent | Hybrid (after training)
Working Hours : Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, midnight) – 24 / 7 coverage
Salary : From RM3,900 to RM4,500
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries from Hong Kong, Taiwan & China.
- Meet performance targets (KPIs) and ensure service excellence.
- Suggest process improvements and assist with admin tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and take ownership of customer issues.
Requirements
