Customer Relations
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Providing after-sales support.
Communicating with clients regarding delays or issues.
Administrative Support
Managing sales data, orders, and documentation.
Processing orders and ensuring accurate tracking.
Maintaining sales records and reports.
Filing and record keeping.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in relevant field.
Spoken and written language in English (Mandatory).
At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the sales, marketing, or customer service industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
Negotiation, problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently & multi-task.
Knowledge on ISO9001 & ISO13485 (added advantage).
Experience as internal auditor (added advantage).
