This position is responsible for the Sales clerical matters at Jemco. SSC is responsible for ensuring that the Sales & Job Orders related data is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. This role works closely with the Sales Manager / Production Manager or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in processing customer purchase orders and issuing sales orders.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager on technical product requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Prepare job sheets for production and packing lists.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and local deliveries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Sales Strategy Support.
• Support the sales management team in developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure all tasks meet quality standards, requirements, and deadlines.

Education & Experience

Personal Attributes

Language

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; additional languages will be an advantage.
