about the company Randstad is presently working with multiple universities in search for lecturers. You will be working closely with your faculty dean contributing to the advancement of our tradition of excellence and leadership Responsibilities

Deliver engaging undergraduate and / or postgraduate courses and contribute to university programs. Provide mentorship on project endeavors and clarify assignment criteria. Craft and administer assessments that harmonize with learning objectives. Offer personalized feedback during consultations to enrich their educational journey. Undertake scholarly research, publish findings, and present at prestigious conferences, alongside fulfilling departmental and university commitments. Qualifications

Possess a PhD in Hospitality / Tourism or related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in the education line of work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain good, sustained, and successful research grants with impact measured by publications in leading journals and other research output. Culture & Benefits
