Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and build long-term relationships with dormant customers / irregular accounts and contacts
• Drive customer sales activity and meet sales targets by handling inbound enquiries and performing outbound communications to customers
• Deep dive into the root cause of how our customers decide on their preferred supplier
• Provide price quotations where necessary
• Communicate product updates, occasional promotions and festive offers to our customers
• Assist with basic customer service requests during peak periods
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
