Monitor and track sales performance while ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of quality, on‑time delivery, and cost efficiency.
Identify and secure new projects / orders through effective client engagement and business development.
Read and interpreted project drawings to support accurate quotations and project execution.
Follow up with customers on quotations, feedback, and proposal clarifications.
Conduct feasibility studies and support project / order confirmation processes.
Able to read project drawing paper.
Prepare and review quotations for new and ongoing projects, including cost optimization (cost-up & cost-down analysis).
Access and update customer portals to manage information such as scorecards, delivery schedules, and quality performance records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, from order confirmation to final delivery.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments and collections.
Communicate organizational updates or changes to customers via official formats, email, or verbal communication.
Support superior / management on any additional sales or project-related tasks as required.
