Job summary

As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing predictive models, performing advanced analytics and generating insights that drive significant business impact. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, articulating complex data concepts in a business-friendly manner to stakeholders. You will also contribute to operational excellence and support new initiatives requiring AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid prototyping of innovative ideas, transforming concepts into tangible data-driven solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Lead data science projects from ideation and data preparation to model development, deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms using Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision making.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and impactful insights that support effective business decision making
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and cross functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and operational efficiency.
• Apply MLOps practices to manage and deploy models in production environments using Azure cloud platform and tools like Docker and CI / CD pipelines.
• Translate complex analytical insights into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage and execute data science projects effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and proactively evangelize new technologies or methodologies to the organization
