ACCOUNTING MANAGER

1. Financial Management & Reporting

Lead the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

2. Cash Flow & Treasury

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.

Implement effective controls over payments, collections, and banking transactions.

Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

Drive the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making.

Identify financial risks and opportunities to optimize business performance.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and growth initiatives.

Act as a key advisor to management on financial strategies and business planning.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience , including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role .

Strong track record in financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting.

Communicates fluently in English & Mandarin (spoken and written).

Preferred Mandarin Speaking Candidates due to job role require to communicate internal / externally.
