Position : Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing Executive

Salary : RM1,700 – RM2,000 + Attractive Commission (1% – 2.5%, uncapped)

Location : Sungai Tangkas, Kajang (light travel required)

Working Days & Hours

Monday – Friday | 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

Saturday | 8.30 AM – 12.30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales to help the company grow.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Product Promotion : Explain product and service features clearly and persuasively.

Handle Inquiries : Respond to questions and objections professionally.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Record Keeping : Accurately document sales activities in the system.

Target Achievement : Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in a related field.

At least 1 year of working experience in sales or telemarketing.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with telephone systems, email, and messaging tools.

Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
