Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, solving challenges, and creating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology—especially in the fintech industry—and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in converting customers into loyal advocates of our brand by delivering top-notch service and proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to inquiries about products, services, pricing, and technical processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates across support platforms.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the product team.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, client support, or account servicing , preferably in the Fintech / Forex / Blockchain industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Knowledge of financial services, digital payments, or blockchain solutions is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
