    • Job Description

  • To prepare mid-month advance to workers.
  • To update cash advance in system whenever receive cash advance list from operation.
  • To prepare full set payroll report during month end.
  • To generate workers statement for repatriation, unfit, end contract workers, etc.
  • To ensure all payslip and cash advance acknowledgement signed back from operation.
  • To prepare monthly invoice to customer on timely basis.
  • To prepare monthly report to customer & management on timely basis.
  • To ensure all document being filled.
  • To support operation on-site for workers inquiries related to payroll / salary.
  • Others ad-hoc assignment from immediate superior.
