Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare Financial Reports :

Consolidate, prepare, review, and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other required reports.

  • Analyze Financial Data :

    • Review and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements, conducting actual to budget variance analysis.

  • Compliance :

    • Ensure all financial reporting complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting :

    • Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.

  • Support Audits :

    • Assist with internal and external audits.

  • Provide Insights :

    • Analyze business operations, market trends, and investment risks to provide strategic recommendations.

  • Train and Mentor :

    • May be involved in training, coaching, and mentoring junior staff within the department.

    Qualifications : Education :

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • Experience :

  • Relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field is often required, with more senior roles requiring more years of experience.

    • Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and knowledge of relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and regulations.
