Manager of Finance and Operations

Role Overview

We’re looking for a capable and detail-oriented Manager of Operations and Finance to play a pivotal role in keeping our financial, legal, investor, and operational infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, support cross-functional teams, and take ownership of key business processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Prepare and maintain monthly management accounts, including reconciliations, financial controls, and accounting integrity
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors for statutory filings, group consolidation, and audits
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and investor / board reporting
• Track commercial flows, rebates, token allocations, and investor entitlements
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and tax rules
