Basic Qualifications
i. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or other related field.
ii. 3–5 years of experience including 2 or more years in strategic planning, managing ICT performance and implementing initiatives.
iii. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
iv. Experience in a similar role from another organization is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of leased IT assets—from acquisition, deployment, maintenance, to return or decommissioning.
- Manage vendor performance, including SLA monitoring, issue resolution, and regular service reviews.
- Lead or support daily operations including asset tracking, deployment scheduling, and logistical arrangements in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor incident tickets and service request handling to ensure SLA adherence, timely resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Validate and track vendor reporting (e.g., asset inventory, incident trends, service metrics) and support invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Facilitate user communication, awareness, and engagement through the development of informative materials (e.g., posters, infographics, user guides).
- Coordinate periodic reporting and internal alignment with senior leadership, billing, and other departments.
- Maintain documentation for equipment signoffs, service reports, asset logs, and compliance records.
