Job Summary We are seeking a highly persistent and results-driven Junior Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are consistent in follow-ups, closing sales, and pushing for clear decisions. We are looking for candidates who are driven and have the right attitude to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with all incoming inquiries and push for a clear decision from potential clients.

Convert leads into confirmed sales through persistent engagement and strategic communication.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize recurrent business opportunities.

Develop and execute effective sales follow-up strategies to increase conversion rates.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales targets while continuously improving sales tactics.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in sales and marketing, or related fields; or fresh graduates with relevant attitude.

Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.

Higher education in business administration, marketing, or related field is welcomed; SPm qualifiers are welcome to apply.

Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently.

Strong persistence, resilience, and a results-driven sales approach with the ability to close deals.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Ability to adapt to market trends and develop effective engagement strategies.

Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Willing to travel for client meetings.

Knowledge of tendering processes is an added advantage.
