Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related industry and at least 5 years of senior executive experience related to the role and scope of work offered.
  • Strong background in the IT and SaaS industry, with hands-on experience in coding and product development. Must have a proven track record in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, including software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and product management, while demonstrating leadership in managing and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and motivate the assets (i.e., people) of the department, means overseeing the daily operations and activities of the department's Employee.
  • Plan and monitor departmental activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and ensure department output while identifying and optimizing cross-functional processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns, facilitating communication, and advocating for the organization's interests with external stakeholders while effectively communicating their needs and expectations internally.

    Pay : RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
