Head of Sales

Arcelik A.S. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc to manufacture, sell and provide after-sales services of Hitachi branded home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners globally (outside of the Japanese market). Arcelik (a multinational household appliances manufacturer that employs over 50,000 people worldwide and operates in 57 countries, and 45 production facilities with 22 brands such as Beko and Grundig) acquired 60% ownership in the new company while Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc., continues as a 40% shareholder of the company.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic leader to join Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as our Head of Sales. In this role, you will lead the sales team to drive business growth and strengthen our market position, while being responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reporting to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment in driving business success.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
