Store Manager / Asst Store Manager (F&B)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (Outlet Supervisor) to join our team! The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the outlet meets all operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the outlet to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage staff schedules and daily task assignments
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Train and onboard new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
  • Promote and upsell menu items according to advertising and promotion plans by the company

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business management
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within retail or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficient with inventory management software and POS systems
  • Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
