Business Development Manager 业务拓展经理 (WEB3 / AI / 互联网金融)

岗位职责

开拓 Web3 / 区块链 / 加密货币 / 金融理财 市场,推动业务增长。

制定并执行市场推广及业务拓展计划,提升品牌影响力。

运用并拓展区块链社群、KOL、团队长等行业资源。

寻找、洽谈及维护战略合作伙伴(交易所、钱包、DeFi 项目、NFT 社群、媒体等)。

协调内部团队执行市场活动及社区运营,确保项目落地。

跟进业务进展,分析市场趋势并定期向管理层汇报。

任职要求

本科及以上学历,市场营销、金融、经济学、区块链相关专业优先。

2 年以上 Web3 / 区块链 / 加密货币 / 金融行业市场拓展经验。

拥有区块链社群、KOL、行业人脉资源,并有成功拓展案例。

具备优秀的商务谈判能力、市场洞察力及项目推动能力。

中英文流利(口语及书写)。

自驱力强、结果导向、能在压力下独立完成任务。

Key Responsibilities

Expand business opportunities in Web3 / Blockchain / Cryptocurrency / Financial Investment sectors.

Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to strengthen brand presence.

Leverage and expand blockchain community, KOL and industry leader networks.

Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with exchanges, wallets, DeFi projects, NFT communities and media platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

Track business performance, analyze market trends and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Blockchain-related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years experience in business development within Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto / Finance sectors.

Strong blockchain industry network and proven success in building partnerships.

Excellent negotiation skills, market insight and project execution capability.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
