Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions including payroll, employee benefits, industrial relations, and statutory compliance. Review and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current labor laws and company objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent across technical and non‑technical roles within the construction sector.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems and KPI / OKR frameworks to drive a performance‑based culture. Provide training and coaching to leaders on effective performance feedback and goal‑setting practices.
• Initiate and manage employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and morale‑boosting activities. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs aligned with individual and company growth objectives.
• Provide HR advisory and support in organisation planning, workforce optimization, and change management initiatives.
