The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for shaping and executing Company’s technology vision to establish the company as a leader in cloud, AI, and enterprise digital solutions. The CTO drives innovation, scalability, and solution excellence while ensuring that technology strategy directly enables business growth, client success, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and Group strategy.
  • Anticipate emerging trends in AI, 5G, Cloud, and digital ecosystems — translating them into business opportunities.
  • Define the long-term technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and competitive advantage.
  • Serve as the chief architect and innovation leader, ensuring technical excellence across platforms and solutions.
  • Lead the Product Innovation & Evangelism team to conceptualize and deliver market‑ready AI / 5G / cloud solutions.
  • Partner with R&D and business units to launch co‑innovation initiatives with clients, universities, and strategic partners.
  • Introduce agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate time‑to‑market.
  • Oversee IP creation, patents, and technology thought leadership publications.

Technology Operations & Delivery Excellence

  • Drive operational efficiency and service reliability across Cloud Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Applications.
  • Build a culture of engineering excellence with clear standards, automation, and service metrics (SLA, uptime, response).
  • Oversee technology governance, ensuring compliance with ISO, ITIL, cybersecurity, and data protection frameworks.
  • Implement Lean / Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization and cost efficiency.

    • Business Enablement & Cross Function Alignment

  • Partner with the Business Acceleration, Consulting & Managed Services, and Sales divisions to ensure technology supports revenue growth.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value and customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with Finance on tech investment planning and ROI tracking.
  • Support solution architecture for strategic bids, proposals, and client engagements.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of engineers, solution architects, and product specialists.
  • Build an innovation‑driven culture focused on learning, experimentation, and excellence.
  • Drive succession planning, capability development, and cross‑functional leadership programs.
  • Serve as a role model for ethical leadership, inclusion, and collaboration.

    • External Representation & Partnerships

  • Act as the company’s technology ambassador in public forums, government programs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Microsoft, hyperscalers, telcos, and educational institutions.
  • Represent the company in national and regional AI, Cloud, and 5G councils or industry boards.

    • Education and / or Work Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Master’s in Technology Management, Business, or equivalent preferred.
  • More than 12–15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, product innovation, or enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation, cloud migrations, or digital modernization projects.
  • Deep understanding of AI / ML, 5G architecture, Cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong track record in technology strategy, R&D leadership, and client co‑innovation.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or Six Sigma Black Belt are an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills able to bridge business and technology.
