3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Management : Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for all 3PL partners

Inventory & Process Optimization : Support inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Assist in demand and supply planning alignment to optimize stock levels across the network.

SLA & KPI Management : Develop, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all logistics partners

Report Preparation and Presentation : Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain performance reports (e.g., logistics costs, inventory levels, service levels)

Stakeholder Management : Act as a key liaison between the company and external partners (suppliers, 3PLs, transporters)

Job Requirement :

Possesses Diploma and above in supply chain or related

3-5 years supply chain / warehouse related experiences.

Proven hands‑on experience in managing 3PL partners is essential

Comfortable in carrying stocks
