To drive gym membership sales, provide excellent member service, and ensure every guest has a positive, motivating experience at the club. This role connects people’s fitness goals with the club’s services, turning prospects into long‑term members while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (Sales, Marketing, Sports Science, or Hospitality preferred)
• 0–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or retail (fitness industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in speaking with new people
• Sales‑driven and target‑oriented mindset
• Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
• Team player with good self‑discipline and motivation
• Basic computer and mobile communication skills (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM system)
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others achieve goals
