Boutique Manager (luxury watches)

Randstad is currently seeking an experienced and service-driven Boutique Manager (luxury timepiece) to lead one of the brand’s high-profile boutiques. You will need to : Oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional service standards and optimal team performance. Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with high-value clientele, collectors, and watch connoisseurs. Drive boutique performance by meeting sales targets and implementing effective sales and service strategies. Ensure operational excellence including stock management, after-sales processes, reporting, and compliance. Requirements : Minimum 5 years of retail management capacity, preferably in the luxury watch or fine jewellery segment. Strong in sales performance and team leadership. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Refined sense of professionalism with a client-first mindset. Strong business acumen and operational discipline.
