Penerangan pekerjaanPerform data entry to Navision Accounting System after receive order, order confirmation and picking list from logistic supervisor, logistic coordinator or customers. Perform data entry to Navision Accounting System after receive order, order confirmation and picking list from logistic department. Prepare sales invoice and delivery notes (DO). Follow up receiving or delivery notes from drivers, transporters or customers. Ensure that all sales invoices are properly filed with receiving note and goods return note (GRN) from customers. Responsible for goods return checking and ensure quantity of goods return are matched with goods return not (GRN) from customers. Discuss and coordinate goods return handling with egg house supervisor. Report to Farm Management if goods return quantity is excess the standard set. Prepare cash sales summary and pas to Account Executive / Account Assistant for verification on daily basis. Update daily goods return summary on daily basis and email to Farm Management on monthly basis. To assist and coordinating basic account activities. Handle data entry into accounting system. To maintain accuracy and completeness of accounts book with minimum supervision. Maintain proper filling and documentation. Any other additional duties as assigned.
