We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Leader to lead our client's growth across the Southeast Asia region. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, managing key accounts and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in aligning regional sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies across major SEA markets to achieve growth targets.
• Identify high-potential markets, accounts, and channel opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and sales terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Provide customer insights and technical feedback to internal teams.
• Support and train distributors or local teams on product knowledge and sales practices.
• Travel regularly within the region to manage relationships and drive initiatives on-site.
