Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software. Understanding of Singapore's labour laws.

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented individual to join our Talent Placement Team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In this fully remote role based in Malaysia, you will focus exclusively on sourcing exceptional talent to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier candidates.
- Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sourcing processes and practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
- Leverage cutting‑edge technology tools for recruitment and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.
