Position Summary

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for the following predefined area within SEA involving :

  • Cost Update, Cost Rolled Up
  • Spare Parts Management
  • Inventory adjustment
  • Ad hoc Financial Studies with Product Supply Department

You will play an important role to :

  • Assist in costing job functions, including cost roll-ups, cost updates, AP simulation, etc.
  • Handle inventory approval and upload inventory adjustments in the system.
  • Assist in all matters related to spare parts management, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Assist in year-end stock count activities.
  • Assist in product supply expenses analysis to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide support to product supply stakeholders.
  • Assist in internal and external audit requests.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior.

    • To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or any relevant discipline
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in managing cost accounting / product supply controlling functions
  • Product costing, inventory management, stock reconciliation, variance analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge in SAP / Oracle system is preferred
