As a member of the Asia Finance team, the Senior Finance Planning Analyst involves cross-functional engagement across the organization, with a focus on driving impact through robust financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on and proactive, utilizing key tools such as Hyperion and Excel to support decision‑making and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant finance teams located in China, India, and Thailand, as well as operations and functional teams, to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment.
• Support the timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly closings, rolling financial forecasts, annual budgets, and the 5‑year Long‑Range Plan for Asia Surface Segment plants.
• Conduct standard analyses on volume, revenue, operating income, free cash flow, capital expenditures, and functional savings to provide early business indicators and support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain key operational reports to ensure consistent and reliable financial insights.
• Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with proper accounting procedures.
• Assist with and manage various ad‑hoc projects as needed.
