Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Accounting / Finance / Business; student member / member of professional accounting bodies is a plus. At least 2 years of working experience. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, well organised, and mature. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Associate, Accounts Payable

What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including reviewing merchant bank information, coordinating merchant information updates, and processing merchant payments.
- Support bank reconciliation processes and serve as the point of contact for unresolved bank transaction inquiries.
- Support the preparation of monthly AP reports with detailed analysis of key data and trends.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) schedules, including the deposit / prepayment schedule, top merchant schedule and AP aging.
- Collaborate with internal team to track task progress and support timely completion of processes and reports.
- Contribute to the improvement of systems, reporting tools, and workflows by suggesting enhancements.
- Provide general support to the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior members of the Finance team.
