We’re Hiring : Assistant Accounts Payable (AP) Manager | Based in KL, Malaysia

Join our dynamic Finance team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our global accounts payable function.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a team of Accounting professionals to ensure timely, accurate processing of invoices and claims across 17 Business Units.
• Oversee vendor payments, employee travel and expense claims, and reconciliation of corporate credit card statements.
• Support monthly financial reporting, including balance sheet and P&L preparation for Malaysia entity.
• Liaise with vendors, auditors, and tax agents to resolve queries and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements (SAP / AI invoice automation).
