As GM / VP for Digital Transformation, your job scope includes :
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of technology initiatives within the palm oil segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate innovative solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within allocated budgets.
- Foster partnerships with technology providers to bring cutting-edge tools to the organisation.
- Analyse data to measure the impact of digital transformation efforts and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology adoption.
