Penerangan pekerjaanTo manage and maintain the Online Banking data entry for all payment. To prepare manual Cheque payment on request. Prepare payment voucher and select supplier due for payment in QAD system for payment process. Coordinate with Account Payable Team for schedule payment and maintain the schedule payment listing. To coordinate with supplier for payment related and creation of supplier payment detail in the system. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field 1 year experience in accounting Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
Job Responsibilities
- To update Daily collection log book for all collection by customer and categories.
- Bank in Collection cheque and key in the collection in QAD System to match with the AR invoice.
- To assist in reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team.
- Coordinate with Branch Admin for collection and Banking transactions in Branch office.
- Send reminder letter and statement of account to customer.
- To assist in liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team.
- Preparation of daily cash flow report.
