Section Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• To lead and supervise the subordinate day-to-day accounting, treasury, banking and other related activities.
• Review and approve day-to-day or weekly payments.
• Responsible on monthly management reports, cashflow, budgeting, capital expenditure control and accounting matters.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis on management report.
• Prepare quarterly tax computation, both group level and statutory level and submission of withholding tax.
• Prepare, monitor, control and keeping costing analysis up to date in order keep operating in the most efficient manner.
• Treasury matters with particular on cashflow management.
• Monitoring of funding requirements and providing an accurate forecast.
• Liaise with internal auditors to ensure that all finance and accounting matters are in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Manage directors and members resolution, minutes of meeting and other secretarial document.
