We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage incoming inquiries regarding our products, technologies, programs, policies, and services. The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally across various channels, providing assistance and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to incoming phone calls, live chats and emails; and deliver high-level professional and competent service to customers.
- Identify customer needs and route inquiries to the appropriate sales or technical specialists based on product expertise.
- Validate and register customer profiles within the system.
- Provide general information about products, technical support policies, and licensing, including directing customers to relevant websites.
- Communicate resolution outcomes clearly to customers.
- Verify Product IDs (PIDs) to ensure support is granted only to legitimate clients.
- Adhere to all established procedures, including call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.
Qualification :
Minimum SPM or secondary school education qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience.Diploma or higher – fresh graduates are encouraged to applyFluent in Cantonese, Mandarin (both Simplified & Traditional) and English (written / typing & spoken).Basic knowledge of digital products.Familiarity with basic technical support processes and tools.Position Details :
