Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration
Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents
Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments
Operate information technology production services according to management protocols and SLAs

Job Requirement

Bachelor degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

Fluent in Thai & English to handle relevant market

Experience in Technical Support is preferred

Candidate should be highly skilled in managing IT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to services, and restoring service as quickly as possible.

Knowledge and experience in designing and deploying service management frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or ISO / IEC 20000.

Must have passport valid for 14+ months

Willing to relocate to Malaysia

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
