Costing Analyst

At VF Corporation , we’re focused on delivering high-quality products through strategic sourcing and cost optimization. We’re looking for a Costing Analyst to support our procurement and sourcing teams by analyzing product costs, supporting vendor relationships, and contributing to cost productivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support tactical and strategic initiatives in areas such as commodities, supplier relationships, and vendor management.

Prepare cost analysis reports and forecasts to monitor product pricing trends.

Provide recommendations to senior procurement leaders based on data insights.

Collaborate with sourcing teams to drive total cost productivity across the supply chain.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience in a similar industry).

At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills & Knowledge

Solid understanding of procurement or supply chain principles.

Applies professional knowledge to standardized procedures and operations.

Able to determine appropriate actions based on established guidelines.

Problem Solving

Handles recurring issues that require basic analysis and clarification.

Applies previous experience to identify effective solutions.

Occasionally uses problem-solving techniques to define and resolve challenges.

Communication & Collaboration

Shares technical and non-technical information with colleagues and supervisors.

May clarify technical details to support understanding.

Communicates clearly with audiences familiar with the subject matter.

Impact & Accountability

Contributes to short-term team goals through individual effort.

Manages and adjusts own workload to meet performance targets.
