Penerangan pekerjaanBS / MS / PhD in Business, IT, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related field. Up to 8 years of relevant experience beyond your first degree. Skilled at translating complex analyses into simple, business-friendly language. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and a solid understanding of statistics. Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms. Open to using design thinking methods to frame problems and solutions. Comfortable working under pressure, navigating change, and balancing speed with reliability and interpretability. Familiarity with prompt tuning for generative AI applications (e.g., Gemini) - Nice to have Physical Wellbeing : Key medical and insurance benefits, maternity expenses, flexible work arrangement, and health and fitness amenities. What Youll Do :
- Partner with business and project leaders to deeply understand their goals, define critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver insights that drive action.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, performance drivers, and opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Translate business needs into clear documentation, requirements, and testing plans that support data-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools to empower self-service analytics and data storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, and Analytics to resolve data issues and support transformation projects.
- Contribute to our AI innovation journey by experimenting with prompt tuning and optimising for Gemini-based applications.
