Responsibilities

Assist senior bakers in preparing ingredients and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

Follow recipes and baking instructions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace.

Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality.

Support inventory management and stock rotation.

Ensure all baked items meet quality standards and presentation requirements.

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Certificate in culinary / baking or pastry.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in bakery section.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Passion for baking and learning new skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Previous experience in a bakery or culinary school is a plus but not required.
