Overview

The position is for a QC Leader responsible for coordinating quality control activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection, as well as ensuring quality of purchased and finished goods. The role includes leading the QC team and liaising with all departments to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange QC team activities for Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspection and the FA part project.
• Responsible for approving first production parts as required by production and advising on issues accordingly.
• Ensure quality in the product and services of the company.
• Monitor every process involved in the production of a product.
• Ensure the quality of purchased goods as well as finished goods.
• Recommend reprocessing of low-quality products.
• Document inspections and tests conducted on products.
• Maintain checklists of inspection processes and protocols used within the company.
• Identify quality-related problems and issues and make recommendations to higher authorities.
• Maintain device history records and previous documentation of a product for future reference.
• Liaise with all departments.
• Authority : Appoint QC Inspectors; Stop unsatisfactory work; Reject non-conforming products; Perform other authority tasks as assigned by a superior / HOD from time to time.
