Overview

As a Caffe Supervisor at MsCaffe', you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant cafe in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our establishment and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating a team of baristas and cafe assistants to ensure efficient service and high-quality food and beverage preparation
• Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and health and safety throughout the cafe
• Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team
• Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and continually improve cafe operations
