SUMMARY
: Responsible for the P&L including all sales activities, account development, new product development, marketing, and results for VSG product lines in Southeast Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan to gain market share in SEA.
- Establish and grow the customer and distribution network to increase market share.
- Partner closely with VSG Global Supply Chain and Operations to ensure customers and distributors receive a quality product, on time.
- Personally develop high level contacts with customers and key accounts in SEA.
- Understand all pricing practices, discount procedures and how they impact profitability by product.
- Provide timely communication with VSG leadership – including monthly reports - on all events in the marketplace that could affect the company, including competitive issues, product quality, and / or service issues.
- Responsible for service, parts and dealer development.
- Partner with VSG global personnel to train and mentor customers and distributors in the use of VSG's technology, tools and systems.
- Promote and execute marketing plans, sales tools, new products, and other company programs to corresponding channels and / or users.
- Partner with VSG global team to conduct customer and distributor product training.
- Coordinate technical sales support for SEA market.
