Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and manage social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging visual and written content for digital marketing and social media. Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage audience growth. Plan and execute mall events, seasonal campaigns, and tenant promotions. Coordinate marketing activities for promotional booths, pop-up stores, and brand activations. Work closely with tenants for co-branded campaigns. Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials. Design basic marketing materials (social media visuals, flyers, banners). Work with designers to enhance visual presentations. Track and report on marketing performance to optimize strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with leasing and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic and tenant engagement.
- Optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic reach.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
