Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM / STPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus. Proven experience collaborating with brands, especially within Fashion, FMCG, Lifestyle, or similar industries. Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing; agency background (marketing / advertising) is a strong advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin or Cantonese, enabling effective interaction with a diverse client base and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients and leading negotiations. proactive and driven individual with high energy and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding sales objectives. Willingness to travel and possession of own transport is required. Passionate about business development with a strong interest in the entertainment and digital media industry. Basic salary with attractive performance-based commission. Dynamic, creative industry with opportunities to grow alongside a fast-scaling brand. Work closely with a supportive and passionate team. Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate and collaborate with client.
- Develop and nurture connections with new and existing clients, fostering long-term collaborations.
- Promote the company's products, customizing offerings to meet specific client needs.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Plan and implement business development initiatives that align with company goals and strengthen brand awareness in target markets.
- Work with various teams to create compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Analysed data to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Execute daily sales activities, follow up with client, and negotiations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend networking events, and industry functions as a brand ambassador.
