Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related studies
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in desktop support role
  • Able to communicate and written well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in Window, Office and other microsoft products
  • Familiar with windows server and TCP / IP including knowledge or experience dealing with Windows OS, Network cabling, Email / Web Server and office applications suites
  • Hands on experience in security and VoIP, network switches, IP Phone, Network Security, Wireless LAN and etc

Job Descriptions

  • Manage user accounts and security access rights for files and application.
  • Install, troubleshoot issues and resolves hardware, software and local and wide area networking problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows Operating Systems, Office, Project, Visio and Windows based applications and services (MS AX and Sharepoint).
  • Work with IT group to resolve issues with Networks, Active Directory, Servers, backup devices, and others.
  • Support users by conducting training programs when necessary; providing references and support.
  • Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures.
  • Assumes responsibility for related initiatives as needs arise.
  • Support and maintain Laser Printers, Label Printers, and other computer related equipment.
  • Support users on computer issues relating to email, network, printing, etc.
