, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates and extend customer lifetime value. This role combines data-driven decision-making, creative campaign planning, and close collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure every stage of the customer journey is optimized for engagement and retention.

How You'll Make An Impact

Conversion Strategy & Execution

• Define and execute strategies to move leads through the funnel—from awareness and trial to active customers.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to convert high-quality leads into paying customers.
• Support Sales Executives with data insights, tailored offers, and winning conversion tactics.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to close high-value opportunities and improve first-time deposit (FTD) rates.
