Overview
We are partnering with a global food ingredients manufacturer seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow its business in Malaysia. Based in Klang Valley, this role will drive sales strategy, market expansion, and key customer relationships in the food colors and ingredients sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market mapping, sales planning, and budgeting to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and account management.
- Gather and analyze detailed market intelligence, including trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Identify and support new product development and business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Oversee pricing strategies, gross margin achievement, and market development initiatives.
- Ensure regular reporting for sales performance and market insights.
- Establish effective work systems and procedures within the Sales & Marketing function.
- Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Profile
Bachelor's degree (preferably in management or related field).Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within food colors or food ingredients.Strong market knowledge of related products and customer needs in Malaysia.Fluent in Malay and English ; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving market growth.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.Job Offer
