Penerangan pekerjaanConversion to sales of customer's enquiries Cross-selling and upselling of Personal Lines products according to the customer's needs Perform insurance premium collection, calculation of premium and generate quotations Degree / Diploma holder preferably in Insurance or related discipline 3 – 4 years of working experience in Customer Service Contact Center is an added advantage Good command in English both in speaking and writing Ability to speak in Bahasa, Mandarin and / or Cantonese is an added advantage Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills Good knowledge of Insurance and MS Office applications Experienced in using CRM and Contact Center's telephony system Customer centric Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Role : Customer Operation Support – (Email)
Responsibilities :
- Attend to all manner of customers' queries, purchase and renew of insurance at the Contact Center
- Ensure all incoming emails are attended within the service level set by the Company
- Makes outbound call to customers for follow up cases only if necessary
Contribution to the premium growth by :
Promote MSIG products and services to customers
Participate in any campaign initiated by the Company
Follow up with customers on any outstanding matter
