Assistant Manager - Research & Consulting
Candidate must possess a Degree in Estate Management / Land Management or other related fields. Graduates in other disciplines (e.g., Economics, Business) may also apply. Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret data. Knowledge of publication software and data management is an added advantage. Excellent analytical in both writing and communication skills with strong command of English Language. Pleasant personality, team player and have the right work attitude. Self-motivated, responsible and committed to the job. Able to work independently and multi-task. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Requires 3 - 4 years of experience in real estate. Experience in valuation, business development and / or other property research is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Execution : Independently execute market study reports from inception to completion, including market assessment, highest and best use analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Conduct checks with the land office, conduct site inspections, and visit the sales gallery to gather and verify data.
- Conduct internal and external presentations of findings and reports.
- Prepare and present quotations for potential jobs, engaging directly with clients to secure projects.
- Cross-Department Coordination : Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross-quotations and ensure comprehensive project proposals.
- Business Development : Analyze and review business strategies together with Head-in-Charge. Develop relationships with key clients and expand networking for business expansion of the various sectors.
- Research & Development : Stay informed on the latest property market trends, news, and advancements in research techniques. Support the Research team by contributing to analysis, data input, and the enhancement of the in-house sectoral database. Identify and recommend valuable research materials, publications, and subscriptions.
- Additional Responsibilities : Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the Research and Consulting Department. Execute daily responsibilities and ensure adherence to department goals and objectives.
