Penerangan pekerjaanPossess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent in any field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Accounts Executive or in a similar role. Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP / accounting systems. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. KPI Reward Education support Performance bonus, EPF & SOCSO inclusive, Generous. Job Responsibilities
- Full Set of Accounts Management : Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports and other related schedules.
- Bank Reconciliation : Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Invoice Verification : Verify daily invoice documents from vendors and inter-company group.
- Staff Claims Handling : Handle staff claims and ensure reimbursements are made based on company policy.
- Audit Support : Assist in yearly audit listing for accounts payable (AP) required listing.
- Accounting System Maintenance : Maintain and update accounting records in SQL Accounting Software.
- Policy Compliance : Enforce company policies and procedures where relevant or identified in any business transactions.
